Elsberry Post 226  tied the game in the top of the second thanks to a single by Austin Mayhall, and a ground out by Cory Martinez.

Post 226 took the lead in the top of the third inning after Mayhall singled down the right field line, Brennan Howard singled down the left field line, and Cayden Palmer grounded into a fielder's choice, each scoring one run.

Peter Daskalakis earned the win for Post 226. The hurler surrendered six hits and three runs over three innings, striking out two and walking four. Teddy Clanton pitched three innings in relief for Post 156. The reliever surrendered two hits and zero runs while, striking out one and walking one. Drew Timp took the loss for Post 156.
